Chef Linda opened Simply Thai in Queens in 1987 with one uncompromising vision: to bring the full depth of Thai cooking to a neighborhood that had never tasted anything like it.
The Los Angeles Chapters
Linda returned to Los Angeles in 2000, setting roots on Hillhurst Avenue while Chef Aida opened Café Linda's in Old Town Pasadena in 2008 — honoring heritage, but never stopping refinement.
The Hyperion Space Today
When Hyperion Avenue became available, Linda and Aida recognized it immediately — the destination their decades of work had been building toward. They are still at the woks, and every dish carries that intention.
